Bouker Pool is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sports marketing, media innovation, and partnership development. He has held leadership roles across various organizations, including USA Cycling, USA TODAY Sports Media Group, Competitor Group, and Rodale Inc. In September 2019, Pool was appointed as the first Chief Commercial Officer for USA Cycling, where he oversaw marketing, membership, and sponsorship initiatives. His tenure at USA Cycling was marked by efforts to enhance the organization’s commercial strategies and member engagement. As of 2024, Pool serves as Managing Director of Advisory Services at CTH Advisors, providing expertise in the Consumer, Fitness, Health & Wellness, and Sports, Media & Entertainment sectors. His role involves offering strategic guidance to clients navigating financial and operational challenges.
