The Space
The Main House
While the land was planned by the acre, our space was designed by the square inch. Our accommodations will take you to another time – yet provide guests the comfort and privacy they need and in a unique group setting.
The Guest House
The Guest House is inspired by the quintessential narrow farmhouses seen all over the South.
These were built by settler families and then additions were added as generations passed and their families grew. The simplicity of the elevations supports the design goals while the clean lines keep them very efficient to construct. Our Experience Design was focused on timeless style, but with the practicality of today’s needs as well as our classic non-same household group types.
Even in this small footprint, we have executed private baths in each bedroom (6/6).
Ambassador Houses or Coach’s Quarters
Our country themed Summit Huts weigh in a 140.6 Square Feet (12 x 12) and offer all the athlete and coach comforts needed for an enjoyable stay: Full Bath, Loft Bed, Kitchenette, Sky Deck
