Awaken & Align: A Transformative Yoga & Therapy Retreat

June 19-22, 2025 – Mt. Mitchell, North Carolina

Finding Light after the Loss of a loved one or close friend can be a long process. Our Awaken & Align Retreat will not only allow you the space to share your experience, but also provide emotional support, validation, and education about grief. We will dive into different healing modalities like yoga and meditation, yoga nidra, crafting, and journaling so you can find healing through this process. Join Brooke O’Neal (LCMHCA) and Victoria Ladd (500ERYT) on this retreat to find healing after losing someone special.

4-Day Retreat Schedule

Day 1: ARRIVAL & GROUNDING INTO PRESENCE

  • 4:00 PM – Check-in & Settle In
  • 5:30 PM – Opening Circle + Intention Setting Ritual: Journaling
  • 6:00 PM – Gentle Grounding Yoga (Nervous System Reset)
  • 7:30 PM – Nourishing Welcome Dinner
  • 8:30 PM – Candlelight Meditation

Day 2: AWAKENING BODY & MIND

  • 7:00 AM – Sunrise Vinyasa Yoga (Awaken the Senses)
  • 8:30 AM – Wholesome Breakfast
  • 10:00 AM – NLP Workshop: Identifying & Releasing Limiting Beliefs
  • 12:30 PM – Lunch + Free Time
  • 2:00 PM – Guided Nature Hike + Forest Bathing + Silent Walking Meditation
  • 5:00 PM – Restorative Yoga + NLP: Reframing & Positive Visualization
  • 7:00 PM – Dinner

Day 3: ALIGNMENT & EMBODIMENT

  • 7:00 AM – Embodied Movement + Pranayama (Breath & Flow)
  • 8:30 AM – Breakfast
  • 10:00 AM – NLP Workshop: Anchoring Positive States & Embodied Communication
  • 12:30 PM – Lunch
  • 2:00 PM – NLP Integration Exercise (embody a new mindset, belief, or behavioral shift)
  • 5:00 PM – Yin Yoga + Yoga Nidra (Deep Rest + Nervous System Reset)
  • 7:00 PM – Dinner
  • 8:30 PM – Fire Circle: Group Sharing

Day 4: INTEGRATION & RENEWAL

  • 7:30 AM – Morning Meditation + Gentle Flow (Integration Practice)
  • 8:30 AM – Breakfast
  • 9:30 AM – Closing NLP Session: Future Self Visualization + Action Steps
  • 10:00 AM – Departures
