We are excited to welcome back Coach @tritomr and his Ultimate Swim Training Camp again this summer.
A 4 Day / 3 NIght experience at our North Carolina location (June 2025), this camp combines the freedom of open water swims with the precision of pool training. This exclusive camp is designed to take your swimming skills to new levels, focusing on essential drills, techniques, and breathing strategies to help you become a better swimmer. Whether youre a beginner seeking to master open water skills or an experienced swimmer aiming to enhance your endurance, this camp is tailored to meet your needs. Video analysis from multiple angles above and underwater will be conducted in the pool sessions with extensive video analysis and post training camp focus lists for each attendee. Regardless of your skill level, this camp is your gateway to unlocking your full potential in the water. About Coach Tom:
Tom Regal has been involved and racing in the multisport world for 18+ years, including being a 4x Ironman, Ultraman Florida and Ultraman Hawaii finisher. Hes completed Marathons, Ultras and Ultra Cycling events as well as numerous Sprint and Olympic distance races. Hes a certified USA Triathlon level 1 coach, US Masters Swimming level 2, and certified in the F.I.S.T. protocol for bike fitting. He is also co-host of the Athletes in Motion Podcast.
Coach Toms mission is to enable people to step out of their comfort zone and engage in an active lifestyle at any level. To also educate on the benefits of bike fitting as way to increase their riding enjoyment and help them reach their true potential.
