Amy Foschetti

Amy Foschetti, a former competitive soccer player, half Ironman finisher, and a mom to three teenage kids — is the co-founder of First Bourn and a passionate driver behind the Futures Fund and Goodwill programs this venture has created.

As an active member of the south Charlotte fitness community, she also maintains a full-time PR/Marketing career and has been a key driver behind the company’s purpose. Finding balance in life is important to Amy, and she understands the challenges it can create when you don’t have the balance in your life. She is good at multi-tasking and juggling the various tasks each day to keep every facet of her life moving forward.

With this growing network of Destination Training Farms and Villages, and a growing roster of health and fitness coaches serving a diverse audience of like-minded people, Amy loves bringing her passion for health and fitness to the mountains.
