Powerful nutrition equals powerful performance

At First Bourn, we know that the building block of any successful training program is the food we eat. It’s not about quantity. It’s about quality. And we are focused on bringing only the best meals to the tables – and jersey pockets – of our athlete members. Our menu options represent our commitment for fueling the athlete’s body. We are passionate about providing you with locally sourced ingredients that will fuel your workouts and giving you seasonally inspired indulgences to savor over after a long day of training.

Farm to table

While many people claim it, we are living it. Our locations in isolated areas give us a comparative advantage to getting the best foods and fast. We are partnering with dozens of farms and farmers markets in our areas to bring the best earth fare to our tables – as we support the local economy.

Local restaurants and culture

At every First Bourn location, we will deliver some of the most inspiring – and hungry – athletes to the community. When not on property, our members will have a vast array of dining choices with the finest and most healthy local restaurants and quality food options when they want to get out and explore.
