Farm to table
While many people claim it, we are living it. Our locations in isolated areas give us a comparative advantage to getting the best foods and fast. We are partnering with dozens of farms and farmers markets in our areas to bring the best earth fare to our tables – as we support the local economy.

At every First Bourn location, we will deliver some of the most inspiring – and hungry – athletes to the community. When not on property, our members will have a vast array of dining choices with the finest and most healthy local restaurants and quality food options when they want to get out and explore.
Susan is an age group endurance athlete and an accomplished chef with a bachelors in Culinary Management from Le Cordon Bleu. As a wine sommelier, a successful entrepreneur and founder of Endurance Zone, Susan brings a unique background to the table for the First Bourn athletes.
Marni is a 9x Ironman finisher including 3x Ironman World Championship finisher. She is a Registered Dietitian specializing in sport nutrition and holds a Master of Science in Exercise physiology. She is the owner of Trimarni Coaching and Nutrition and enjoys helping athletes understand how to eat for fuel and for health.
